WHAT DOES RED CHILI PEPPER THREAD MEAN?

If I dehydrate whole peppers will the seeds be practical if collected following the peppers are dried? I will be bisecting peppers and collecting seeds also prior to dehydration And that i go through somewhere that providing I preserve the temp beneath 120F the seeds really should not be affected but I would appreciate you perspective within the ma
